In the coming weeks Crosscare will be opening 2 new Foodbanks in Ballymun & Finglas area. The Ballymun foodbank will be based in the Sports & Community Centre Poppintree Ballymun & the Finglas Foodbank will be based in the Scouts Den St. Helena’s Road Finglas. The Foodbanks we will be providing food parcels to vulnerable people in the community which will have been referred from St. Vincent de Paul. These foodbanks will be opened 1 day a week for a couple of hours to provide this service. Crosscare are looking to recruit volunteers to assist in the Foodbanks.
